Approval process

Hi Team,

I was searching out for the approval process or similar to the same in Field service module however didn't find more than alerts and notifications. Please advice do we have any standard mechanism available under FS or Service.

We need something like we send the email notification via system and the other part or approver approves or take any action within system level i.e. no MS outlook involvement. Also soem attachment option is also available.

Kindly advice.
