RenderingException - error launching the external transformation process

Hi Experts,

I am not able to see the image in the WCI cluster environment when i try to open the image from imaging search. In the log file it gave below error

faultType: SYSTEM

faultDetails:

  ErrorCode = oracle.imaging.RenderingException, ErrorMessage = There was an error launching the external transformation process:
