PPP page is not opening for one organization

HI Everyone,

I am trying to set up Batch payments, but i get an error while accessing PPP page.

Can anyone please help me in why PPP page is not opening for one of the oraganization where as the page opens for other organization or OU's.

I have checked MO operating unit and MO security profile options are set and have values.

But still the page come with with error (attached is the error message ).

Not sure what else i have to check.

Please help me resolving the issue.
