Getting SBL-BPR-00162 error on customize button

We are not able to get the product bundle under parent product after selecting the product from product line items applet after clicking on new button. It loads a single parent product and the child products are not loaded. When we click the customize button we get the below error :SBL-BPR-00162.

While validating the parent product we get below error.

Getting error invoking service 'cfg web ui service loader' method loadcfguiservice.

Please advise.
