Drop Ship if No OnHand

Hi Guys,

Can anyone suggest me on any idea for the below mentioned requirement.

There should be Drop Shipment process followed for an Order if the On-Hand Quantity is not available in any of the Inventory Organization.

Once the Sales Order is created :

1) Ship the sales order if the On-Hand is available in the Inventory Org for which the Order is placed.

2) If there is no On Hand in the Org check for the other Org and trigger to create an Internal Sales Order.

3) If there is no On Hand available in any org then trigger to create a Drop Ship Process.
