Huge JDE_xxxx.LOG files in JDEB7334 (AS400) when services are down. How to find out why?

I have 3 iSeries running ERP8.0

All of them have the same scheduled jobs at the same intervals.

All of them seem to have the same settings in the server jde.ini file.

ONE of them today almost reached 100% of disk space usage.

The reason was that i suddenly found out that his JDEB7334 directory contains JDE_xxxx.LOG files that are not small like the other servers have, but are GB !!!!

I found out that these files are being generated when the Services go down every night for backup.

The same procedure exists in the other 2 servers BUT they do NOT generate huge log files.

Howdy, Stranger!
