Dataform - There are no valid rows of data for this form

Hi,

I am having issues with all the dataforms in my system, our analyst cannot input any data because the forms will not allow them to. I see "there are no valid rows of data for this form" on top left corner of all the forms in both dev and prod environment. What could have changed because according to the analyst they were able to input data awhile ago?
