Item Specifications not copied to Requisition

We have recently upgraded to PS 9.2, and we have noticed that when creating a requisition via eProcurement (Express Item Entry), the Item Specifications for the Item are not included in the line comments. I have verified the Item Specifications setup and the Copy to Transactions box is checked. The users state that the Item Specifications are showing on the Purchase Orderline.

Any ideas on how to resolve this for the requisition? The approvers need to see this before the requisition is converted to a Purchase Order.
