Bus error message appear when running many commands

when executing many commands or viewing any log file BUS ERROR message appear ???

& when running # fdisk /dev/sda ------> appear unable to open disk message

What is the problem with this test server running Oracle ERP 12.1.1 on RHEL 5.3 , the physical ram size is 32GB &11GB is free when executing command # free -g

Kindly help ..
