After scanning serial number Cursor don't move to next line in Serial Entry Form R12.24

Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)

After scanning serial number Cursor don't move to next line if we choose Individual. In Form Level as well in Serial Scanner.

 

Issue similar to below Note.
The Cursor Navigating To Manufacturer's Serial Number Even Though It is a Read Only Field In The Serial Entry Form ( Doc ID 1680730.1  )

 

  Bug 18269907  : SCANNED SERIAL NUMBERS NOT TABBING CORRECTLY TO THE NEXT SCREEN

 

Note : We are in 12.2.4 ( Need a patch for this version as per the  note 1680730.1  )

Oracle Suggested

Business Need to Gray out MFG Serial Number Field and require Cursor to immediate next row. As Currently MFG serial no field is editable.
