ext ：oracle11.2.3 and ogg11.2.1 ext table have chinese clob col
tail file version 11.1
rep：oracle11.2.4 and ogg12.1.2
if
alter rep_clob , begin 2015-xx-xx 12:00:00
start rep_clob
will have messy Chinese char generation in clob
if
start rep will ok
bug ???? but oracle not find fix
