Need inputs to load the CLOB data type data

Hello All,

I have requirement to load the CLOB data type data into staging table from csv file. Column in the staging table of type CLOB .  While loading the data facing below error.

Field in data file exceeds maximum length.


I am loading less than 5000 characters only. Is there any way to load the CLOB data into staging table?  Please let me know your thoughts.
