Unable to create customer account from SOAP UI

Hi

Whenever we are trying to invoke pcmOpCustCommitCustomer opcode from SOAP UI, we are getting Error=ERR_BAD_VALUE Loc=FM

Field=PIN_FLD_PERMITTEDS. For the same plan, I am able to create the customer successfully.
