Order Management Implementation for Logistics Company

Hi Team,

We will be initiating our new proposal process for one of the India leading logistics company.

We will be visiting customer premises to understand the requirement,current business functions and how we can map with Oracle E business suits.

1. I need to know what kind of questionnaires we should prepare/ask ??

2. Will it be good to implement/suggest the Order Management module to fulfill their requirements?

3. Does Oracle provide any ready reckoner to understand this?

4. Has anyone implemented the Order Management module for Logistics Company?? Please share the experience.

Need urgent response.
