Install base instance not updating after shipment of serial controlled item to customer.
Hi All,
I am facing an issue, the install base status is not updated as per the shipment of serial to customer. The serial was received earlier as a return for repair and sent back to the same customer after repairing.
But after the shipment has been already sent, the particular instance has not updated.
Please suggest some solution. I have checked the shipment status is interfaced and there are no errors in transaction error processing form.
I am in 11.0.5 version. Its urgent. Please advice.
