issue with patch 12378114 and 12312729

Hi Team

   I have applied the patches 12378114 and 12312729 and i am getting error while compiling forms

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully: 
pa  forms/E PAXTRAPE.fmx  
pa  forms/ESA   PAXTRAPE.fmx  
pa  forms/US    PAXTRAPE.fmx  

Compiling package body TRANSFER...

Compilation error on package body TRANSFER:

PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 149, column 14

bad bind variable 'parameter.G_query_find'
