listener.ora Configuration for RAC Primary / Non-RAC Standby

I'm testing out a dataguard setup with a 2 node RAC using ASM storage as the primary and a single instance database using filesystem storage as the standby.  As usual, I've found many documents on how to set this up.  Some are more detailed than others.  Some have seemingly important details that others don't.  So, I'll be pulling all the relevant information together to make my own "how to" document.

My questions are:

How do the listener.or entries for the single instance standby need to be specified?  Do the listener.ora entries for the RAC nodes/instances need any special entries?
