Change font on siebel outbound emails

Several applications in the client enterprise are used to send emails to customers. Client wants the email font to be standard. How can i do this in siebel outbound emails that are sent through script and do not use an email template.

Is there some parameter on Communication profile that can be configured to do this. Appreciate if anyone has the answer. Thanks.
