Oracle R12 Payments Performance

Could you anyone provide details about oracle R12 payments (Fund Disbursement) application performance.

1.How does this production support if we need to process 20,000 checks /per day?

2. When we have payments created per day 20K in average, it proportionately increase the transaction volume in payable invoices and supplier records. it might grown by 10 million records per year.  In such scenario, does the oracle payable payments solution would be supporting the best performance?

3. is there any R12 payments performance support documents to learn more about performance and availability.
