I have problem with the update data areas on the property

I have a problem in updating the areas lettable, usable, assignable, vacant,,% vacancy, load factor, maximum, optimum, used in part of the property to make a lease. I make the lease, it ended and I do not update this information on the property, which is that I need so that I update this information in the property?
