ora db1.gsd application offline in rac

Dear experts,

We are working on 11.2.0.4 database and 2 node rac environement with RHEL 6.4 version, today I have seen the status of ora db1.gsd application & ora db2.gsd application  offline in RAC status.

Please need your help to bring it up.
