Oracle WebADI ADD-IN tab not appearing

Hi,

I am facing an issue whereby my webADI excel files do not show the ADD-IN tab which contains the Oracle Menu. We are using EBS R12.2.3, MS Office Standard 2013 32bit, Windows 7 32bit.

I am sure that the settings I have in excel are correct as I do not face this issue in my DEV instance. This is happening in our SIT instance. I have gone through some support documents such as Doc ID 1081076.1, Doc ID 1077728.1 but had no luck in resolving the issue. The version of excel we have is supported with R12.2.3 (https://blogs.oracle.com/stevenChan/entry/office_2013_ebs_12_2)
