ohasd failed to start

Hi,

I am configuring 2-node RAC on RHEL 7.1 (Guest OS).

During grid installation when I executed root. sh script, script hanged at 'Adding Clusterware entries to inittab' and I got below error.

ohasd failed to start

Failed to start the Clusterware. Last 20 lines of the alert log follow:
