Hi Team,

We have a scenario here from business and need your advice to handle the same.Our client deals in Automobile which sell out the 4 wheelers to customers and all are being tracked by in the IB with Serialized item instance. Here we follow the complete required process like receiving, shipping from OM and all data are tracked in IB.

However now we have a situation where few customers comes for servicing of there 4 wheelers which do not have been sold out/ shipped out by our client i.e. we do not have any record for those 4 wheelers in our database. So here I would like to know how we register there vehicles in our database from scratch to make them Serialized IB trackable item. I found out the way however need your some guidance
