Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. best way to migrate bigDB from WE8DEC to AL32UTF8 with changing BlockSize

I need your recommendation about changing the charachterset for 5.5 TB DB, from WE8DEC to AL32UTF8?

is there a better/faster way than export/import!

we want also to change the blockSize from 8KB to 32KB
