Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_single_invoice api not create territory for few customers

Hi all,

I am using below API to create invoices against order. But I realized a few customers doesn't have

territory although I try to pass fix territory id from below API.

AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_single_invoice.

What could be the issue?
