How to restrict posting on segment security based?

Hi,

we have specific requirement, we are using segment based security for users to restrict users from entering and viewing data but when comes to POST option, this user can post all the Journals.

How can we restrict user from journals which does not contain segment values in his assigned security.

Please guide.
