Migrating from Weighted Average to Standard Costing

Hi All,

What is best practice to change the following - as well as sequencing of steps:

1. Sales/Inventory Cost Method and Purchasing Cost method from 02 to 07 in the Branch Plant constants for multiple sites (F41001),

2. The Inventory Cost level, Sales Price Level and Purchase Price Level from 1 to 2 (F4101)

3. The Sales/Inventory and Purchasing Cost Method from 02 to 07 in Cost Components add on table (F30026)

Based on the volume of records sitting in F4102, I would like to understand what the most efficient way of executing this change is.

I do understand that changing these values through SQL would mean that certain journals are not created to affect the cost change - IB transaction type.
