Does anyone have project manufacturing for MUE or model unit effectivity set up in one org and/or op

Hello,

  We have been using projects to track costs on our vehicle production for 5 years, but we didn't setup and use project manufacturing as the rate is low and the build long.  However, the motor build is in a different Org and has a high rate short build cycle so the team wants to use model unit effectivity.  Is anyone else doing this, one org using standard WIP processes and another using Project Manufacturing?  If so, what has been your experience with it, concerns, setup difficulties, issues???
