We are trying to push budgets from Hyperion to PeopleSoft Financials 9. The process doesn't complet

It stops after "Import data from application AllFund".  This last worked two months ago.  This is in our PROD environment but I am able to run the same process in our DEV environment.  The log doesn't give me much information as to where the error is.  I compared all FDMEE screens between the two environments and everything matches.  I am not sure where the error resides - if it is Hyperion based on PeopleSoft based.

We have confirmed all passwords, so it is not that. 

I have also searched the internet for similar problems to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.
