getting the below error after we migrated the integrator to production.

Upload process error while running API import. No return type specified in PL/SQL parameter list 20003:XXFIN_APINV_UPL_V3_PLS attribute3

the same integrator works fine in the development instance.

we are on 12.1.3.

any advise is greatly appreciated.
