Update ext. warranty dates interfaced from Order Management
Hi
I have a customer requirement to be able to update the start/end dates of an ext. warranty interfaced from Order Management.
I set profile option: OKS: Category for Order Management Originated Contracts = Service
I created an order with an ext. warranty
After fulfilling the order, I opened the contract for update and attempted to change the start and/or end dates. However I got this error msg.
"Updating billing attributes is not allowed because billing has already been processed"
Is this standard functionality? Or is there a profile option setting I missed. Pls advise
