trying to run a backup with Oracle Secure backup but keep getting the following:

admin/58.1:  284: 14:58:37 BNPC: directing data service to connect to mover

admin/58.1:  285: NDMP_DATA_CONNECT failed: couldn't connect to server.

admin/58.1:  286: The error reported was "Connection timed out".

admin/58.1:  287: Error: data service cannot connect to mover - error connecting to another NDMP server (NDMP client)

admin/58.1:  288: 15:02:30 QREX: exit status upon entry is 21

the network ports 400, 10000, 34402 and 20000 - 20025 are opened. Which other ports if any should be opened to resolve this error?
