EAM - Workorder completion - How to change the defaults of "Actual Start Date" and "Actual End Date"

Currently, the workorder completion form defaults dates as below,

Actual Start Date     = Scheduled Start Date

Actual End Date  = Actual Start Date + Duration

We would like the Actual Start date to be defaulted as Sysdate. Is there any simple means to achieve this without customization ?
