Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. SLA Set Up

HI

I got struck while creating SLA at first stage

I created a Subledger Accounting Method by owner as user

Next while creating AAD the Tab is grayed out and cannot go further

Please guide if any setup is missing to create SLA or any profiles needs to be set up?
