Error while applying SWSE logical profile

Hi,

we are facing issue with applying the logical profile after installing the SWSE.

The error appears right at the first step

after looking into logs this is what I found -

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

        at java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1937)

        at oracle.siebel.configurator.utility.ConfigUtility.DLOVInstalledLanguage(ConfigUtility.java:592)

        at oracle.siebel.configurator.engine.AccessSCM.executeDLOVAttrib(AccessSCM.java:4260)

        at oracle.siebel.configurator.engine.AccessSCM.getNextStep(AccessSCM.java:671)

I have already referred the Doc ID 1639892.1 and it is not applicable in my scenario.


Any help in regards to circumventing this error is appreciated.
