Project Capitalization

When we Interfaced Capitalization Cost to FA Module , In Prepare Mass Addition it shows 2 Different  Assets with  New with zero cost Asset  , Merged  with Capitalized Cost .

Why the system process 2 different Assets , New  and Merged  ?

This is Causing  the Big issue in the FA Users . System should show only capitalist Asset line cost ?

What could be the reason ?
