Rman problem

Hi ,

During the RMAN backup , the backup fail, this is the error:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_1 channel at 12/19/2015 01:51:40

ORA-19501: read error on file "E:\ORADATA\XYZ\IRD_INDEXES03.DBF", block number 829184 (block size=8192)

ORA-27070: async read/write failed

OSD-04016: Error queuing an asynchronous I/O request.

O/S-Error: (OS 1117) The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

  1. Oracle Database Edition 11.2.0.1.0,
  2. Operating System - Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Server 6.1 Service Pack 1 (64-bit),
  3. System configuration - Virtual Machine:
