Threshold promotion with qualifier type as Threshold Level Not working as expected in POS

Hello All, good afternoon!

We are working on ORPM/ORPOS version 14.1.

While we are creating a threshold promotion with Qualifier Type as Threshold Level, the promotion is not working as expected in POS. Instead, the Promotion is treated as "Item Level".

For example, we are assigning 3 distinct items under qualifier "Threshold Level" and give 30% discount i.e. buy 3 quantity get 30% discount. Generate the MOM file and dimp into POS.

POS behaviour: while ringing 3 items individually (i.e. 3 item all together), the promotion is not applied. but, if we ring 1 single item 3 times, the promotion is getting applied. it means POS is treating threshold level   discount as item level.

Howdy, Stranger!
