Images not visible in Iprocurement - Content Zone

We are in EBusiness Suite 12.1.3 and implementing Iprocurement Punchout. For Punchout content zones-  added the Image (.jpg)  and  placed in the server path /.../.

1.Path name has been referenced in Profile 'POR: Hosted Images Directory'.  ( Path name started with / and ended with /)

2. Content Zone Definition  added with -  with .jpg Image. and the same has been placed in the network path (referenced in 'POR: Hosted Images Directory'.

3.Cache has been cleared and OC4J bounce done.

4. Thumbnail Height value populated.

Verified the steps as detailed in Note 983568.1 and everything seems to be correct. But the Image is not getting displayed. Here is the message displayed in the place of Image ' This is the Item's Image'.
