Can we create proposals in R12.2.3 and generate award from proposal?

Hi All,

Can someone please confirm if we can create proposals in Oracle Grants Accounting (R12.2.3) and generate Award from proposal? If not, is there any workaround available or any patch that can be applied to enable this feature?
