9.1 BSVW F4211 F42119 Union SLSM is gone. SalesRep Reports?

We have Sales Rep Reports that get Sales Information from Union from F4211 and F42119 that are driven by the SLSM field which is no longer in the tables.

In 9.1, does anyone have sales rep driven reports that get Sales Order information from Both F4211 and F42119.  SalesRep info is now in f42150/F42160.

Example:  SalesRep John Smith runs a report that will show all orders he had yesterday, both open and invoiced.  Some orders are partial open and invoiced.
