Request to suggest upgrade path

Hi All,

Please suggest an upgrade + migration path for the following scenario with minimum no. of phases. (i.e. Upgrading DB first to a specific version then performing migration etc.)

Source. Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2 with database on 10.2.0.4 on AIX

Target: Oracle Applications 12.2.5 with database on 12.1.0.2 on Linux.
