EP LOV Not working after applied patches for RUP8 and EOY Phase 1 and 2.

We have a custom LOV for employee name and number that is tied to a custom security profile.  It was all working until we applied the RUP 8 and EOY patches.

What do I need to look at that could have changed?

Did something change with this?  I don't see any changes on System Profile options.

MO: Operating Unit

MO: Security Profile

Did anyone else have this issue?

Here is the error message we get when we click on the LOV:

No entries found for List of Values
--------------------------------------------------------------
APP-FND-01436: List of Values cannot find any values for you to choose
