ACA Patch I - Setups (Dependents, Person Record Changes, Terminations)

Hello,

I know its been a while the patch 1 for ACA  has been released, we have completed all the setups and awiting for the 2nd patch.

Meanwhile, could you please comment on the below questions,

1)   what are the setup are required for dependents as we are enbling the ACA Fulltime flag only for employees?

2) we are updating the ACA Fulltime flag for cuurent employees with effective date as 01-JAN-2015, If the employees are having any change in the person record, the flag is removed, so what is oracle's suggestion for any chnages happened after 01-JAN-2015?

3) How about employees who were terminated/ resigned  in the year 2015, shoud the terminate record will also requires the ACA Fulltime Flag?
