Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have work orders with Status as 'Released' and the Pending column as NULL.

I have work orders with Status as 'Released' and the Pending column as NULL.

I am thinking this is causing downstream documents to not generate. Please advise if I am missing any configuration or profile options.
