ilom and ASR Service Tags problems.

My Service Tags report 2 problems: Product Name: (Invalid Product Name) and Serial Number: (Invalid Serial Number). I looked in the ASR General Troubleshooting guide but it does not detail how to make the corrections. I'm using ilom to report my telemetry information.
