Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Staff were trying to void the most recent life event on an employee so they could fix a dependent's birth date, but they receive the following error:

APP-PAY-07207: The mandatory argument p_elig_per_elctbl_chc_id value cannot be null

Can anyone give direction on what they should check? They said rates are attached to plans.
