This announcement lists the enhancements and fixes delivered in Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 Patch Set 14.

Key Enhancements:

Billing Enhancements

With this patch set, you can improve the billing performance by configuring to skip previous total calculation for open item accounting scenarios.

Customer Management Enhancements

With this patch set, now you can track the external orders/requests with user information and the correlation ID for better operational efficiency.

Payment Enhancements

This patch set provides a better payment suspense solution for larger BRM deployments, with segregated payment suspense information based on opcos and routing/grouping of payments based on the opco’s currency.
