Cafe One windows disappear

We have several users using Cafe One Screens (maybe 25).  Most of those are fine, but we have a few who's Cafe One screens will disappear occasionally, and never return.  Even more perplexing, it may be only some of the cafe one screens that go away.  For example I have a user who has a Cafe One screen in purchasing/MRP.  Under the detail message review screen, with one Layout, this user has added 4 additional apps.  About once a week, all of the added apps disappear EXCEPT item ledger.  Each time the cafe screens disappear, Item Ledger does not.  We
